Game centered around close-quarters combat - Reddit
The game gives you a lot of tools to do the missions in your own style, and the AI is pretty smart, as in, they'll adapt to your tactics (if you only choose to attack at night, they'll start using flashlights and eventually, night vision goggles, etc etc). While the game's main focus is stealth, when shit hits the fan it's amazing.

So... What the hell is RoN and why is it so popular? - Reddit
Most of the CQB tactical shooters released these days have no depth, being mostly just a terrorist hunt game with the only goal being to just kill. Ready Or Not is a SWAT game and that opens up a whole can of opportunities; with civilians, rules of engagement, and an emphasis on shooting as a last resort. It gives the gameplay more depth rather than just using an explosive charge on every door ...

Is squad turning into a cqb game? : r/joinsquad - Reddit
Squad becoming a cqb game may be a bit of an overstatement of what is trending. I think what you are seeing is the natural reaction to higher magnification optics becoming less reliable to those who are used to the current state of the game. Quick scope, kill, 180, quick scope, kill, rinse, repeat.

Using real life CQB tactics in PvP Multiplayer - Reddit
So can we stretch it even farther? Can COD, an Arcade game, be used as a CQB simulator effectively? The answer is definitely yes. If teams practice CQB flow, good communication, leadership, and decision making skills, they can gain a huge advantage in PvP simply by being organized, but also, by moving and working as a team and creating redundant cover, using bounding techniques through open ...

Best CQB Game On The Market : r/CQB - Reddit
The best CQB game on the market to date is actually SWAT 3. Bar the graphics, it still excells, particularly when it comes to the AI, both friendly and hostile.

Ready or Not CQB Post : r/CQB - Reddit
There are a few burgeoning tactical shooter games emerging right now. “Ready or Not” is increasingly popular as the “spiritual successor” to the old SWAT 4 game, which, while merely gamified, furthered a civilian understanding of the operational complexities that law enforcement tactical teams face. A component of that is CQB. After purchasing it and trying, I posted a thread that ...
