No, Rapi is an SR and isn't very strong. I'd take Privaty instead of Rapi, she synergizes well with Scarlet by giving her reload speed. You should also drop Rosanna. She's very bad, and completely superflous in your team because you already have Liter who is also B1. You either want 1 offensive B1, or one offensive B1 and one pure healer B1.
This uknown energy near Rapi core could be thiscorruption part of Red Hood that left after we removed her. I think at some point in the story Rapi will hear again this words inside her.

Rapi was part of Elysion's premier squad before being assigned to babysit the commander who conveniently has both Vapaus blood type and the hidden spotlight from command and Nikke manufacturer VIPs. Obviously they tried to harness Red Hood. The ace in the hole berserk mode, with the Rapi personality as the containtment.

I hope ShiftUp continues to do even more egregious events so this Rapi's antics become even crazier. Next event should be Rupee trying to do a mock wedding ceremony stream to promote some wedding dresses or something.
LOL I knew that . And I love that for this artist, Anis is now the "sane" Nikke (like Rapi in canon) in Counters and Rapi's dedication to the Commander was taken up to eleven with hilarious results.
