Early Sunday, Portland is starting off damp, with light rain in the city and temperatures around 43°F (6°C) at Portland International Airport. The gray skies will not last all day, though. A brief dry stretch with afternoon sunshine is expected, with highs near 52°F, before a cooler and wetter setup moves in on Monday.
