
Why does each car have a different blinker frequency?
This is a bit of a silly post but it always makes me upset how seemingly all cars have a different pace/speed/frequency for the indicator/blinker lights.

"Blinker" = Most of the US [more recent slang term], and also some commonwealth countries like Australia use it instead of Indicator. Maybe some people in the UK, but rare.
