We had never filleted a catfish, do you know what the first thing we did was? We went to YouTube and searched how to fillet a catfish?! @gonecatchin took on the challenge and for the first time ever doing it, I think he did a fantastic job. The @filletawayfishmats did help a lot! The slimy catfish didn’t slip and slide around at all.
