As we celebrate Women's History Month, we honor Deputy Commissioner Belinda Groneman and Chief of Operations Milagros Soto. Both women are trailblazers in their own right as Groneman was the first female Hispanic detective while Soto recently became the first female chief of division in the department's 65-year history.
