Being a CNA is not easy. imagine having to change 20- 30 residents every 2 hrs, provide personal care in depths to over 30 people, plus assist your fellow CNA co worker because the law requires 2 assist for just about all the residents in their direct care, feeding, ambulatory care, families and the list goes on. I was CNA for 10yrs before becoming a nurse. Be kind, help them, ask them where can you assist. there is no excuses and cost no time to pass out waters for them if they are busy. orrrrr
