The water-soluble stabilizer is very easy to remove 1. Prepare some water 2. Take embroidery out of the hoop 3. Get rid of excess stabilizer, just cut off everything that’s not covered with stitches. I do that to have less goop that I’d need to wash out of the threads 4. Put the fabric into the water and see how the stabilizer becomes transparent 5. Start gently rubbing it off the fabric 6.
