I came across Keroncong, a traditional Indonesian music genre, as I was collecting vinyls from our region years ago. One of my favourite singers of the genre is Ms Annike Gronloh. Her renditions of Bengawan Solo and Boeroeng Kaka are mesmerising. So at our 'Joget Dangdut Bolly' organised by the Tiong Bahru Malay Activity Executive Committee, I decided to sing Boeroeng Kaka, as our residents joget! Happy weekend everyone! | Foo Cexiang
