Using a Komatsu D355A bulldozer, Heemeyer engineered a heavily armored vehicle by reinforcing it with steel and concrete, creating a machine that was nearly impenetrable to law enforcement weapons. During the Granby bulldozer rampage, Heemeyer targeted multiple building
