We arrived with valid tickets in my Ticketmaster account and mobile wallet. When we tried to enter, the turnstiles scanner went green but when we went to push the turnstiles they locked, we then went to rescan and it turned red saying the tickets had already been scanned. We then went to the ticket office for help to “reactivate” our tickets but for some reason weren’t able to. We were then informed that the tickets had somehow already been scanned before we arrived.
